We are a pool of private investors looking for new start ups to work with. In addition to investments we also have some contribution to wireless embedded systems and cloud driven services.

JV Consultant Oy is my family office investing in technology companies in ICT, Media, Medical Technologies as well as Industrial Automation and Cleantech. Investment amounts vary between 25-100 k euros, preferably as part of syndications.  The company also acts as a strategy consultant and M&A boutique for high technology companies.

Jarkko Virtanen is the CEO. Jarkko has 17 years of VC/PE experience as investment director / partner in SFK Finance, 3i. He has also acted as senior advisor for Capman plc in Nordics and 3TS Capital in CEE. Jarkko has executed and managed over 25 investments and exits as an active hand-on board member or chairman of the board.
