Founded by faculty from Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia, IoT Technologies is commercializing a decade of research focused on distributed sensing / computing technology. The technology was initially applied to defense applications (see Defendec (www.defendec.com)). We are now taking the technology to the healthcare domain, more specifically to wellness monitoring, helping family members, caregivers and physicians to obtain a better understanding of the health of the person.

The formation of spin-out companies is our main commercialisation channel.
